Participants travel 20 miles during an average 1-hour cycling class. On Saturday, November 15th, Sebastian Fitness CENTURY RIDE participants will be riding FIVE HOURS to achieve the 100-mile distance... the CENTURY! A team of certified cycling instructors will be leading the way, keeping the miles fun, energized, and achievable. Every participant will receive a goodie bag & CENTURY RIDE shirt, and every finisher will receive a CENTURY RIDE award!

When Phil lived in Delaware, he completed an annual outdoor Century Ride that traveled from Lewes, DE to Ocean City, MD. While he can no longer travel those 100 miles, YOU can!
