Participants will kick off their indoor triathlon with a 15-minute swim in an 8-lane, 25-yard pool, followed by a 25-minute cycling session on Keiser bikes, and culminating in a 20-minute run on a treadmill. For the younger athletes aged 7 to 12, there’s a special Kid’s Indoor Triathlon featuring shorter segments to keep them engaged and active. With up to 8 participants per wave, competitors will be timed for total distance covered, ensuring a spirited environment where everyone can shine.

From beginners to experienced triathletes, the Skinny Mini indoor triathlon is a great event for everyone. This event is short enough to give
beginners an opportunity to test their endurance while giving experienced triathletes an off-season race to jumpstart their season. Register today!
Participants will start with the swim segment in our 8-lane 25-yard pool, then move to a stationary bike in our cycling room and finish the triathlon on one of our treadmills.
INDOOR TRIATHLON
Swim 15 minutes in lap pool
Bike 25 minutes on a Keiser bike in our cycling room
Run 20 minutes on Treadmill
INDOOR AQUABIKE
Swim 15 minutes in lap pool
Bike 25 minutes on a Keiser bike in our cycling room
KID'S INDOOR TRIATHLON (7 - 12 YEARS OF AGE)
Swim 10 minutes in lap pool
Bike 10 minutes on a Keiser bike in our gym
Run 10 minutes on Treadmill
There will be up to 8 participants in each Wave. All participants in each Wave will start and finish at the same time and then progress to the next segment. Waves will be assigned 2 weeks before race day.
RACE RESULTS
The results will be posted as both total distance in miles for the three segments and ranked results for each of the three segments, to determine the overall "ranked" finishers. The distance for the swim segment will be determined by the total lengths of the 25-yard pool that participants swim, and converted to a mile distance completed. It's not the fastest but who goes the furthest by total distance.
RECOGNITION & AWARDS
The following finishers will be recognized at the end of the race:
Overall top male and female finisher
Swim: top male and female
Bike: top male and female
Run: top male and female
Top finisher in age group
Age groups - for purpose of recognition:
14 - 19

To be guaranteed an event, T-Shirt, you must register by Thursday, April 24, at midnight. If registering after that date, an event giveaway is not guaranteed.
