Join us for a morning filled with camaraderie and competition! Check-in starts at 8:00 am, with the 1-mile fun run kicking off at 10:00 am and the 5k run starting at 10:30 am. Participants can choose between the 1-mile Fun Run/Walk designed for younger athletes and casual participants, or the 5k Open Run/Walk, where runners will compete based on age divisions. With a scenic course that loops along the boardwalk, this event promises to be a memorable experience for all ages. Registration is just $45 until January 31st, 2026, and includes a free shirt! Please help support Rutgers Wrestling with our 5k fundraiser on Super Bowl Sunday. These funds will go directly back to our club the SKWC to help with supplemental funds for Rutgers Wrestling.
DATE: 2/8 Super Bowl Sunday
LOCATION: Beachcomber, 100 Ocean Terrace, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751
CHECK-IN: 8:00am-9:30am
RACE START: 10am (1mile fun run), 10:30 (5k run)
PARKING: Free During Winter Months
COST: $45 Dollars Until (1/31/2026), $50 the week of the race (2/1/2026). Every registration comes with a free shirt.

Age Divisions
The Open Run/Walk is for anyone looking to run the 5k race or walk. Placement in this division will be based on age.
* 10 and under
* 11 to 13 years old
* 14 to 16 years old
* 17 to 19 years old
* 20 to 30 years old
* 31 to 40 years old
* 41 to 50 years old
* 51 to 60 years old
* 61 to 70 years old
* 70 and over
The Fun Run/Walk is for younger ages or those just looking to for a shorter course. Placement in this division will be based on age.
* 6 & under
* 7-8 years old
* 9-10 years old
* 11-12 years old
COURSE:
_Start:_ Beachcomber, 100 Ocean Terrace. Contestants will head north to Sawmill, Stockton Ave.
_First Turn:_ Sawmill, Stockton Avenue contestants will then head south to Hiering Avenue.
_Second Turn:_ Heiring Avenue contestants will then head north back towards the starting line at Sawmill. One lap equals a mile. One mile race will loop the course one time, 5k will repeat the course three times.
_Finish:_ Just past the Sawmill.
