Race day kicks off with registration and packet pickup at 8:00 a.m., followed by a pre-race warm-up at 8:45 a.m. The 5K run begins at 9:00 a.m., with awards presented around 10:30 a.m. The first 300 entrants will receive a stylish long-sleeve T-shirt, and all participants can look forward to complimentary refreshments post-race. The race will begin and end on the southeast side of Southwest General's Main Campus. (course is on the Cleveland Metroparks Lake to Lake Trail). Please proceed to the southern parking lot, which is off of Old Oak Boulevard. Signage will direct you.
