Taking place at the Spring-Ford Area High School in Royersford, Montgomery County, this exciting event kicks off at 6:15 PM with the Kids' Fun Run, followed by the main 5K run/walk at 6:30 PM. Participants can enjoy a scenic 5K route while supporting a great cause—the Senior Impact Dinner, which honors individuals who have made a significant impact on students' educational experiences.
All participants in the 5K will receive a unique finishers medal, and those who register by April 1st will also snag a stylish race-themed long-sleeve t-shirt (while supplies last). With awards for the top overall finishers and age group categories ranging from under 9 to 60+, this event is perfect for everyone—whether you're a seasoned runner or a first-timer! Plus, for those unable to attend in person, a virtual option is available, allowing you to complete the 5K on your own terms. THIS FANTASTIC FRIDAY NIGHT 5K AND KIDS' FUN RUN IS THE PERFECT WAY TO KICK-OFF YOUR WEEKEND AND SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR THE SPRING-FORD AREA EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION.
NOT ONLY THAT, BUT ALL 5K FINISHERS WILL RECEIVE A UNIQUE RACE MEDAL AND EVERYONE WHO REGISTERS FOR THE 5K BY APRIL 1ST WILL GET THE INCREDIBLE RACE-THEMED LONG-SLEEVE T-SHIRT.
NOTE: DUE TO A FORECAST OF HEAVY RAIN AND COLD TEMPERATURES, THE RACE HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO FRIDAY MAY 16TH. THOSE WHO CANNOT ATTEND MAY PICK UP THEIR SWAG AT A TIME AND DATE TO BE DETERMINED AND COMPLETE THE RACE VIRTUALLY.

VIRTUAL OPTION: For those who can't make it or would prefer to run on their own, we're offering a virtual option!! Just run 5K (3.1 miles) anytime between Friday 5/16 and Sunday 5/18 and upload your time on our virtual run log. *Virtual runners will not be eligible for age-group awards

A dinner is held for nominees and the seniors who nominated them to celebrate how each individual has impacted the lives our students.
