This fantastic Friday night 5K and Kids' Fun Run is the perfect way to kick-off your weekend and show your support for the Spring-Ford Area Educational Foundation.
Not only that, but all 5K finishers will receive a unique race medal and everyone who registers for the 5K by April 14 will get the incredible race-themed long-sleeve T-shirt.
When: Friday April 19th @ 6:15 pm (Kids fun run) and 6:30 pm (5K Run/Walk)Where: Spring-Ford Area High School, 350 South Lewis Road, Royersford, PA 194685K Swag: Unique finishers medal and race-themed long-sleeve T-shirt (while supplies last)5K Awards: Awards will be given to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as the top overall males and females in each of the following age groups: Under 9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+Kids Fun Run Cost: $10 5K Cost: Until April 1st: $22 for students and $28 for adults / After April 1st: $25 for students and $30 for adultsVirtual Option: For those who can't make it or would prefer to run on their own, we're offering a virtual option!! Just run 5K (3.1 miles) anytime between Friday 4/19 and Sunday 4/21 and upload your time HERE! *Virtual runners will not be eligible for age-group awardsThe Spring-Ford Educational Foundation 5K benefits the Senior Impact Dinner. Beginning with the Class of 2006, SFASD has honored individuals nominated by graduation seniors who have made an impact on their educational experience. A dinner is held for nominees and the seniors who nominated them to celebrate how each individual has impacted the lives our students.

This event is directed by The Pennsylvania Running Company with support from The RUNegades Running Club. The RUNegades Running Club is based in Phoenixville, PA. If you're looking for a group to help you train for the 5K, The RUNegades hold weekly group runs in both Phoenixville and Pottstown. You can check out their group run schedule BY CLICKING HERE.
