All children enrolled in the RFK program are automatically registered, making it easy for families to join in the festivities without any additional fees.
Get ready for a day filled with joy as participants receive their race packets, including a commemorative finishers t-shirt, race bib, and earned tokens. Don’t forget, every young runner will proudly receive a finisher's medal at the finish line to commemorate their hard work! For adults, siblings, and friends wishing to join the fun, registration is available for $40 with a custom bib and shirt (register by May 3) or $30 for just the bib, with online registration open until race morning. With plenty of free parking and post-race snacks at the plaza, the Spring RunFit Kidz Celebration Run promises to be a day of community, accomplishment, and celebration!

Parents and families are invited to join in the fun as we look forward to celebrating our amazing runners and all of their accomplishments at our 5K Celebration run in May!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Remember all children in the RFK program are registered for the 5K event and no further registration or payment is necessary. Your children will receive their packets from their coaches during their last class. Each packet will contain; Commemorative Finishers T-Shirt, Race Bib, and any Tokens your child earned (and did not yet receive) over the course of the season. The Finishers Medal will be given out at the finish line of the 5K. If you are unable to attend the event, please let your coach know ahead of time and she will place it in your packet.
LOCATION: Fairfax Corner (11895 Grand Commons Ave., Fairfax, VA 22030) on Sunday, May 17, 2026. There is plenty of free parking in the surrounding parking lots and parking garage. The start/finish line and post-race snacks will be at the plaza.
