Stairs for Strides 5K

Join us for the invigorating Stairs for Strides 5K on Saturday, May 10, 2025, in Wheeling, Ohio! This exciting event aims to support mental health awareness while promoting physical fitness, all in partnership with NAMI Greater Wheeling. Participants can choose to run or walk in the 5K, or join the family-friendly 1 Mile Mental Health Awareness Fun Walk. The day kicks off with registration and packet pickup at 8:00 AM, followed by the 5K Run/Walk starting at 9:00 AM. The fun continues with food trucks and an awards ceremony recognizing the top three male and female finishers in both the competitive walk and run categories.
