This spirited gathering features a thrilling 1 Mile Time Trial that kicks off at 7:04 AM, after check-in at Parlor Doughnuts starting at 6:30 AM. Participants will enjoy a scenic two-loop course around Lake Mirror, and every entry includes a delicious Parlor Donut, free coffee with purchase, and a custom medal to commemorate the occasion.
But the fun doesn't stop there! After the race, head over to the Joinery for the Red, White & Kaboom celebration, with patio access from 7 PM to 9:15 PM. Enjoy catered food and a fantastic view of the fireworks display while soaking in the festive atmosphere. All of this for just $25! Join us for a day filled with smiles, camaraderie, and celebration of our nation's independence!

Check in for the 1 Mile Time Trial begins at 6:30am at Parlor Donuts (351 E Bay St, Lakeland, FL 33801)
Start time begins at 7:04am with a time trial of 2 loops around Lake Mirror!
