Event summary
Athletes can choose from a variety of race distances: the Triathlon features a 500-meter swim, 15-mile bike ride, and 3.1-mile run, while the Duathlon includes a 2.7-mile run, followed by a 15-mile bike segment, and wraps up with another 3.1-mile run. For those who prefer to focus on the swim and bike, the Aquabike allows you to tackle the 500-meter swim and 15-mile bike ride. Plus, everyone can join in the fun with the 5K Run/Walk, perfect for family and friends! The race kicks off at 7:00 AM, and with proceeds benefiting T.R.A.I.L. (Transportation Recreation Alternatives in Louisiana), you’ll be contributing to a great cause while enjoying a fantastic day

The Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquabike are sanctioned with USAT. You must be a licensed USA Triathlon member at the time of registration or buy a one-day license to participate for $15.00 for adults. Minors have to buy a yearly membership for $10. USAT rules shall be enforced. You are responsible for knowing the USAT race rules.
