Run, jog, or walk a total of 12 kilometers over 12 days thats just 1K a day! Whether youre chasing your fitness goals or just looking for a reason to enjoy some holiday cheer, this challenge will keep you merry, motivated, and moving throughout the holiday season.
HOW TO RUN A VIRTUAL 5K
1. REGISTER - Sign up for the event and review your confirmation email for race details.
2. CHOOSE YOUR ROUTE - Consider your neighborhood, a park trail, a track, or a treadmill.
3. RACE - Complete your daily 1k run, walk, or jog during the event window.
4. TRACK YOUR DISTANCE & TIME - Use a GPS app, smartwatch, or treadmill to record your 1K.
5. SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS - Submit your results by December 30th.
WHEN
The challenge starts on December 13th and ends on December 24th. All challenge daily time results must be entered and submitted by DECEMBER 30TH.
