Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the Run 4 Reed, happening on Friday, October 10, 2025, in beautiful Tiburon, Marin! This vibrant community event invites all RUSD students to lace up their running shoes and join in the spirit of camaraderie and competition. Participants can choose to run or walk a 1-mile course, while our youngest athletes in PreK and Kindergarten will enjoy a special short course designed just for them.
Kicking off from the scenic Blackie's Pasture, the race will take runners through the picturesque McKegney Green and the South Knoll field, making for a delightful day outdoors. This year, the Del Mar Dragons will add an extra splash of excitement with a colorful dash during their R4R color run! Celebrate your achievements with awards for the top three finishers in each grade, and don't forget to pick up your race bib and t-shirt ahead of time at the Tiburon Peninsula Club. Join us as we rally together to support the Foundation for Reed Schools and raise funds for vital programs and teachers in our community. Let’s make this event a memorable one!

Grab your running buddies and tie up your laces for Run 4 Reed! This Foundation for Reed Schools event supports Foundation funded programs and teachers at Reed, Bel Aire, and Del Mar schools. New this year - a special short course just for PreK and Kindergarten students. All other students will be running/walking 1 mile.
This event is just for RUSD students and kicks off the Foundation's annual campaign to raise $2M for RUSD. The races will begin and end at Blackie's Pasture and take the runners around McKegney Green and the South Knoll field. CONTINUING A NEW TRADITION, Del Mar Dragons get to dash through a blast of COLOR during their R4R color run! Its an experience you cannot miss!
Awards will be given in a post race awards ceremony to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place girl and boy finishers in each grade. Let's run!
BIB NUMBER AND T-SHIRT PICK UP
Please pick up your runners race bib and t-shirt ahead of time since it wont be available on race day. You are allowed to pick up for friends as well.
We will have tables outside of the Tiburon Peninsula Club (1600 Mar West, Tiburon) for race bib and t-shirt pick up on:
