Participants are encouraged to check in by 7:30 a.m. to receive their bibs, with check-in opening at 6:45 a.m. Water stations will be available at the 1-mile and 2.5-mile markers to keep everyone hydrated. This is a fantastic opportunity to gather your friends and family for a day of outdoor fun and camaraderie, making it an event open to all fitness levels. JOIN US ON OUR ANNUAL 5-MILE RUN AND 2-MILE WALK ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH, IN ALEXANDRIA! THE RUN AND WALK WILL BEGIN AND END AT JONES POINT PARK AND TRAVERSE ALONG THE MOUNT VERNON TRAIL.
RUNNERS AND WALKERS MUST CHECK IN BY 7:30 A.M. TO RECEIVE THEIR BIBS. CHECK-IN WILL OPEN AT 6:45 AM. THE RUN WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 8:00 A.M., AND THE WALK WILL FOLLOW AT 8:10 A.M. WATER STATIONS WILL BE LOCATED AT THE 1-MILE AND 2.5-MILE MARKERS.
