DLS 5K for Lewy Body Dementia!

As part of DLS's ongoing commitment to giving back and supporting causes important to our team members, we are bringing the inaugural DLS 5k! to Arlington on Saturday, August 24th. Proceeds of this race will benefit the Lewy Body Dementia Association. Lewy Body is a progressive brain disorder many people have never heard of - despite being the second most common type of dementia after Alzheimer's.
Race course will be out-and-back and mostly flat along the W&OD Trail. Start/finish line will be on the trail near Madison Manor park. There will be one aid station just before the turnaround point (1.3 miles), and all finishers will receive a t-shirt (t-shirt selection NOT guaranteed after July 24th early registration cut-off). Prizes and medals awarded to the top finishers! 
5k will start at 9:10am.
Timing will be done manually with a race clock and bibs (no chips).
