Get ready to elevate your running game this summer with "Track Thursdays with OFF THE GRID," a fantastic series of workout sessions designed for runners of all levels! Kicking off on May 29, 2025, and running through July 3, 2025, these weekly workouts will take place every Thursday morning at 6:00 AM in beautiful Roanoke, Virginia.

Join Coach Becky at Shrine Hill Park parking lot, where you'll embark on a warm-up run to the track and complete invigorating workouts ranging from 3 to 4.5 miles. With rest breaks between intervals, you’ll have the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself while receiving expert feedback on goal paces and personalized coaching. Each session promises motivation, inspiration, and practical tips on everything from stretching to nutrition. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, Track Thursdays is your chance to build speed, strength, and community. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to enhance your running skills and have fun!

Organiser's Description

Get super speedy this summer with our Track Thursday workouts at 6:00am!

This group is for runners of all paces and abilities. Coach Becky will provide 6 unique weekly workouts and offer feedback on goal paces along with pace predictions for a variety of distances.

Each workout will start at Shrine Hill Park parking lot at 6:03am. We will run about a quarter mile to the track, complete the workout, and then wrap up by about 7:00 or 7:10am. Its ok to be late or leave early!

Workouts will be 3-4.5 miles total with rest breaks between intervals. If youd like to run extra, hit the trails afterward. :D
