WHAT IS A TIME TRIAL? - A time trial is simply a chance to run or walk on a course at your own pace to see how fast you can go. It's a great way to test your fitness or get back into running/walking without the pressure of real race.
THINGS TO KNOW
* This event will be chip timed
* We will start at 6:00 pm sharp, so be ready to go.
* This is no frill training run
* We will be timing it with results posted live
