Willy's World invites you to participate in the first annual "Walk for Willy's World," supporting families and children with hidden disabilities. Join us on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at Sharon Speedway in Hartford, OH from 12 PM to 4 PM. This fun event will feature a walk around the racetrack, a DJ playing a variety of music, games for the kids, a basket raffle, craft vendors, face painting and hair tinsel, race car display, food, drinks, and informational tables from community sponsors and business, as well as other community agencies.

The funds collected from this event will assist families and children with hidden disabilities. Willy's World aims to provide information, support, resources, and guidance to these families. We will also team up with the community to raise awareness and provide sensory-friendly activities and inclusive spaces. Our long-term goal is to secure additional funding to assist families and local organizations that support children with hidden disabilities.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

* WALK REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW UNTIL JUNE 28TH.
* REGISTERING TO WALK ALLOWS YOU TO JOIN THE WALK AROUND THE TRACK AND AIM FOR A PERSONAL FUNDRAISING GOAL.
* IF YOU HIT A PERSONAL GOAL OF $500, YOU RECEIVE A PERSONALIZED LAP SPONSOR SIGN!
* REGISTER BEFORE JUNE 6TH TO RECEIVE A FREE EVENT T-SHIRT!

* Individual and team registration opens March 1, 2025. Kids 12 and under are FREE to register!

* REGISTRATION FOR THE WALK INCLUDES YOUR GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET.

* General admission tickets cover all entertainment, activities, food, and bottled water after the walk.

* Extra charge for basket raffle tickets, dunk tank tickets, 50/50 tickets, items available at craft vendor tables, and soda & alcohol sales.

HOW TO CREATE OR JOIN A TEAM?

* Designate the first person registering to create your team.

* Register by clicking the Walk Registration button and create an individual fundraiser.
When finished with your individual registration, complete the Become a Fundraiser section.
* Then create your team.
* Once the team is created, then others may register and join the team.

WANT TO PARTICIPATE, BUT YOU CAN'T ATTEND THE EVENT? NO PROBLEM! YOU CAN STILL BECOME A FUNDRAISER AND RAISE FUNDS FOR THIS IMPORTANT CAUSE!

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET INFORMATION:

* NO FUNDRAISING GOAL
* Purchase a general admission ticket and enjoy the afternoon activities, with no fundraising commitments.
* Presale general admission tickets can be purchased for $25 on our website until June 28th.

* General admission tickets can be purchased for $30 at Sharon Speedway on the day of the event. Kids 12 and under are FREE!

* General admission tickets cover all entertainment, activities, food, and bottled water after the walk.

* Extra charge for basket raffle tickets, dunk tank tickets, 50/50 tickets, items available at craft vendor tables, soda & alcohol sales, as well as snacks and ice cream sales.

NOTE: Feel free to bring snacks and a small cooler for drinks on the day of the event, but please note that alcohol is not allowed. Cans and plastic bottles only. Coolers will be inspected before you enter the event.
