Since its inception in 2016, the White Chapel Patriots Race has been a vital charity fundraiser, supporting the Michigan Wounded & Returning Warriors Program, part of the American Legion family. WHITE CHAPEL MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY IS AND REMAINS A BEAUTIFUL RACE SETTING. THE COURSE WINDS THROUGH SERENE AMERICAN FLAG-LINED PRIVATE BOULEVARDS AND PAST STIRRING MONUMENTS DEDICATED TO VETERANS AND SERVICE MEMBERS FROM CONFLICTS AS FAR BACK AS WWI. THERE IS A DISTANCE TO SUIT ANY RUNNER OR WALKER FROM A 1 MILE WALK, 5K AND 10K SET ON A FLAT AND FAST COURSE.
