Not a runner? No problem! You can also choose to walk our shorter, 1.5-mile loop, making this event accessible for everyone, including kids, dogs, and strollers. All participants will receive a stylish long sleeve t-shirt, a coffee mug, and a refreshing cup of coffee or a $1 discount on a specialty drink from Foster Coffee Co's mobile bar. After the race, stick around to relax by the bonfires, play games, and soak in the delightful fall atmosphere. Plus, awards will be given for the top overall male and female finishers, as well as for youth participants. Don't miss out on this fantastic blend of coffee, fitness, and fun!

5k participants will start at Fitness Coliseum and run a 5k loop along the beautiful Shiawassee River Trail. Would you rather WALK for coffee? That works for us too! Grab your fill up before you head out if you chose and walk our shorter, 1.5mile loop! Open to kiddos, dogs & strollers!
Participants will all receive a long sleeve t-shirt, a coffee mug and a full cup of coffee or $1 of a specialty drink from Foster Coffee Co's mobile bar!

OPENS 01 AUGNot a runner, but a lover of fresh fall air and coffee/beer? This is for you! Take a 1.5 mile walk down the river trail. Dogs, kids & strollers* welcome! You'll still get your long sleeve tee and drink mug. Finish at Fitness coliseum and enjoy a beverage, music and bonfires to finish out your morning! The trail is gravel in some areas, so please keep that in mind when pushing strollers, etc.
