If you'd prefer a leisurely stroll, you can opt for a shorter 1.5-mile loop, perfect for families, including kiddos, dogs, and strollers.
All participants will be treated to a long sleeve t-shirt, a stylish coffee mug, and a complimentary cup of coffee or a $1 discount on a specialty drink from Foster Coffee Co's mobile bar. After the race, relax by the bonfires and enjoy games set up for everyone to savor the wonderful autumn weather along with your favorite drink. Plus, there will be awards for the top finishers in various categories, including first place overall male and female. 5k participants will start at Fitness Coliseum and run a 5k loop along the beautiful Shiawassee River Trail. Would you rather WALK for coffee? That works for us too! Grab your fill up before you head out if you chose and walk our shorter, 1.5mile loop! Open to kiddos, dogs & strollers!

CLOSEDNot a runner, but a lover of fresh fall air and coffee/beer? This is for you! Take a 1.5 mile walk down the river trail. Dogs, kids & strollers* welcome! You'll still get your long sleeve tee and drink mug. Finish at Fitness coliseum and enjoy a beverage, music and bonfires to finish out your morning! The trail is gravel in some areas, so please keep that in mind when pushing strollers, etc.
