Join the HUMAN GROWTH FOUNDATION (HGF) in collaboration with NICKLAUS CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL for a powerful day of community, celebration, and purpose. This is more than a race its a movement that brings hope to children and families affected by rare growth disorders.
The 14th Annual 5K RUN & WALK FOR KIDS' GROWTH unites families, athletes, healthcare professionals, local businesses, and supporters from across the region to raise awareness of childhood growth disorders and the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.
ALL AGES, ALL ABILITIES, AND ALL WALKS OF LIFE ARE ENCOURAGED TO JOIN US.
EACH REGISTERED PARTICIPANT RECEIVES A FINISHER MEDAL, EVENT TSHIRT, FOOD, AND REFRESHMENTS.

The site opens at 7:00 am. The route begins at 8:15 am. Arrive early to check in, explore sponsor booths, and enjoy prerace activities.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is free at Tropical Park (7900 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33155). The event is located in the South endzone of the stadium.
HOW LONG IS THE ROUTE?
The route is 3 miles long and wheelchair/stroller accessible.
WILL THERE BE FOOD?
Water, hydration drinks, and light snacks will be provided.
FIRSTTIME WALKER?
Stop by the Registration Tent for your bib and tshirt. You may run or walk go at your own pace!
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Yes! Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome.
WHERE DO I TURN IN CASH/CHECK DONATIONS?
