Join us for a fantastic day of community spirit and celebration at the 11th Annual 5K & 1 Mile event supporting Special Olympics, taking place on Sunday, November 10, 2024. This exciting race will be held in North Haven, CT, featuring a USATF certified 5K course and a fun 1 Mile walk, making it perfect for participants of all ages and fitness levels. The first 200 registered walkers and runners will receive a special voucher for a free pour at the nearby 12 Percent Beer Project, adding to the fun!
After the race, enjoy an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast for just $5, with proceeds going towards honoring our veterans. Medals will be awarded for the top three finishers in various age groups, so bring your competitive spirit! This year, the event will benefit the North Haven Special Olympics, supporting 90 dedicated athletes who participate in a variety of sports like bocce, softball, swimming, and more.
