Welcome to the 10th annual All-Out Mardi Crawl, a Mardi Gras run in the Denver area! From the award winning Apex Center, these 5K, 10K & Half Marathon courses will run west along the 2020 Best of the Best [https://issuu.com/coloradocommunitymedia/docs/ccm_best_of_the_best_2020_issuu] Ralston Creek Trail through Arvada's open spaces and stunning golf course communities, shady, creekside beauty and a challenging half marathon loop around Blunn reservoir. With its Endless Series counterpart Runapalooza, this is a can't miss opportunity to enjoy much of what Colorado has to offer!

Half marathon athletes will head southwest out of the Apex lot then east on Ralston Creek Trail for a short dogleg and aid station, then athletes can settle in to a 4 mile westbound run before heading south to the clockwise Blunn Reservoir loop. After running for approximately 5.4 miles, athletes will return to Ralston Creek Trail for the downhill trip back. 12 opportunities to fuel up (+7 toilets). -
10k

10K athletes will depart the south end of the Apex parking lot then head west on Ralston Creek Trail. As an out & back course, they will run 3.1 miles before turning around to return the way they came. 4 opportunities to fuel up (+2 toilets). -
