Life;Story is our annual event to join together in promoting community awareness and uniting in our desire to support people impacted by suicide and thoughts of suicide. Life;Story is held during Suicide Prevention Month (September) in Florida and Illinois and features an option to participate virtually.
The Life;Story name includes a semicolon a punctuation mark that indicates there is more to come, unlike a period indicating the end. No matter how depression, anxiety or suicide has touched your life, we want everyone to know there is more to come there is more to your Life; there is more to your Story.
In addition to community awareness, Life;Story proceeds provide mental health and addictions services at Centerstone for people who have little or no resources. Your participation will help save and change lives. We want everyone to continue their Life;Story we want everyone to thrive!
