This unique event combines the thrill of trail running with the discipline of rucking. RUCK DIVISION REQUIREMENTS Required Gear: Rucksack with reflective elements (GORUCK Rucker recommended, but any rucksack acceptable) Weight Requirements: Men: 20 lb (9.1 kg) Women: 10 lb (4.5 kg) Weights must be placed high in the rucksack, close to your back.
