With two age-based divisions, kids aged 6-10 will tackle a 100-yard pool swim, 2.8-mile bike ride, and 0.6-mile run in the Council Wave, while those aged 11-15 will take on a slightly more challenging course featuring a 200-yard swim, 4.4-mile bike, and 1.5-mile run in the Mayor's Wave.

Set in the scenic STEVENSON PARK, racers will dash through shaded trails lined with MAJESTIC OAK TREES and native Texas plants. Youll swim in the pool, pedal past cheering volunteers, and run under the canopy of oaks where even Figgy might be watching from the treetops!
MEET FIGGY!
Figgy the Squirrel, the official mascot of Friendswoods KEEP FRIENDSWOOD BEAUTIFUL initiative, will be on-site to cheer you on, dance around, and pose for photos. (No promises on autograph legibilitysquirrels arent great with pens.)
TWO WAVES OF RACING FUN:
Weve got two age-based divisions, with appropriately sized courses for every level of racer:
COUNCIL WAVE (AGES 610)

MAYORS WAVE (AGES 1115)

PACKET PICKUP
Standard packet pickup will take place on AUGUST 1ST AND 2ND. Specific locations and times are TBD, but will be announced closer to race day. Want to skip the pre-race errands? You can opt for RACE MORNING PACKET PICKUP for just $10just select this option when you register!
