The race kicks off at 10:00 AM at Terry Trueblood, Shelter 2, with a post-party celebration to follow at the Terry Trueblood Lodge. If you can't make it in person, no problem! You can still participate virtually between October 19th and October 25th. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to promote health and community—register soon, as event materials are available on a first-come, first-served basis. _Live Your Best Life_ _5k _supports people served by Systems Unlimited. Systems has been serving people living with disabilities and mental health needs for over 50 years throughout Eastern Iowa. We believe health is for everybody and want to remove barriers for people to feel the pride of accomplishing a 5k. Seasoned runners or complete novices are all welcome!

Many of the people we serve at Systems Unlimited work hard towards the goal of accomplishing a 5K for months leading up to the event, but cant always get here the day of the race and we wanted to open the opportunity to the community as well! We encourage you to blow some bubbles while you are at it, wear a jingling necklace, or light up shoes and send pictures of yourself also enjoying something that stimulates the senses in the spirit of our sensory stations!
