Lace up your sneakers, grab your loved ones, and join us for the One Shot 5K a run/walk dedicated to supporting the heroes who serve our country and the families who stand by them. This race is about much more than just a finish lineits about showing up for those who have given so much.
By participating in this 5K, you're helping to provide financial support for veterans and their families to access One Shot Wellness, a fitness community focused on healing, strength, and mental wellness.
