The SwimRun format requires participants to stay within 10 feet of their teammates, fostering camaraderie and teamwork throughout the race. SWIMRUN IS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE, STEPPING OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE, PUSHING YOURSELF TO THE LIMIT, AND TAKING ON WHATEVER THE COURSE THROWS AT YOU. YOU ARE ABOUT TO EMBARK ON AN EPIC ADVENTURE THROUGH NATURE EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR WITH YOUR TEAMMATE. EITHER WAY, YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO HAVE STORIES TO TELL WHEN ITS ALL OVER!
THE RACE TAKES PLACE AT MEAD'S QUARRY AND IJAMS NATURE CENTER WHICH IS THE GATEWAY TO THE DIRTY SOUTH AKA THE URBAN WILDERNESS! EXPERIENCE THE SWIMRUN EXPERIENCE AS AN INDIVIDUAL SHORT COURSE OR LONG COURSE OR AS A TEAM STAYING WITHIN 10 FT OF EACH OTHER THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE RACE! EITHER WAY, YOU ARE SURE TO ENJOY THE VIEWS, THE FRONT SEAT TO ALL THAT NATURE OFFERS, AND A FEW SURPRISES ALONG THE WAY!
