Having more help in the classroom, means more time for teachers to focus on student needs, ensuring better outcomes for all students. That's why were raising money to hire a part-time teaching assistant for a 2nd grade class at Pisgah. This additional educator will finally allow for effective small group reading lessons tailored to each student's level. Those struggling will get intensive support while on-level students keep progressing. The benefits extend beyond academics. Teacher burnout will decrease with an extra set of hands.
