On a private farm, with wide grass-covered paths, run a race that combines a 5K with 25 JJ (jumping jacks) and one trucker-hitch knot.
* 5 KM run/walk - about three laps on perimeter of farm/meadow
* Tie trucker-hitch knot on 1st lap. Cinch & release. Hitching post will be provided.
* 25 jumping jacks. 15 JJ on 2nd lap. 10 JJs on 3rd lap.
Rain or shine.
No entry fee.
No prizes.
