Get ready for an exhilarating experience at the Cap2Cap, presented by Dominion Energy, taking place in the vibrant city of Richmond from May 1st to May 31st, 2025! This year marks the 20th anniversary of this beloved annual bike ride fundraiser for the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation, with the main event happening on Friday, May 9th, and Saturday, May 10th. Cyclists of all levels can participate in four exciting race distances: the Century ride covering 100 miles, the Half ride at 50 miles, the Quarter ride at 25 miles, and the family-friendly 7-mile Fun Ride. Additionally, there are 2-Day and Virtual options available, allowing everyone to join the celebration of cycling and community along the scenic Virginia Capital Trail.
Participants can enjoy vibrant Party Zones at Chickahominy Riverfront Park on Friday and Dorey Park on Saturday, along with five well-stocked Rest Stops along the 51.7-mile trail. Each rider will receive exclusive Cap2Cap merchandise, lunch, a beverage ticket, and additional goodies!
