Share your progress and connect with the community by posting selfies and playlists. With the flexibility to participate from anywhere, this is a wonderful opportunity to move your body, promote health, and cultivate connections. In celebration of the month of October being recognized as Emotional Wellness Month, the FINRA African American Network (FAAN) would like to invite you to our free VIRTUAL 5K race event!

Titled W.H.Y. (Wellness, Health, & You) MOVE, FAAN is inviting all FINRA staff to complete a 5K (or 3.1 miles) at _a time and place of your choosing. _

Wellness is not just about exercise or eating right its about showing up for yourself. Whether you run, walk, or stroll, every step you take matters. FAAN invites you to move your body, at your pace, and count those steps with us.

* Do it solo for mindfulness.
* Team up with colleagues and turn it into connection.
* Create a mini team and challenge your colleagues.
* Share your selfies, playlists, or miles completed with our community. Yes, well be cheering you on!

You can make this 5K your own. If you love connecting with others, grab a Wellness Buddy, form a mini-team in your office, or invite colleagues for walking breaks and 15-minute strolls. Its a great way to network, build new connections, and share motivation. But if you prefer quiet time, go solo use the miles as a moment for reflection and mindfulness. Whether together or alone, fast or slow, this is your race, your pace. We cant wait to see you in motion.
