WE ARE CHALLENGING EVERYONE TO JUST KEEP GOING... EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
WE ALL HAVE ROUGH DAYS WHERE WE WANT TO BREAK DOWN AND GIVE UP, BUT WE HAVE TO FIND WAYS ON DEALING WITH THOSE FEELINGS IN A PRODUCTIVE AND POSITIVE WAY. SO THIS CHALLENGE IS TO PUSH YOURSELF ON THOSE BAD DAYS OR HELP MOTIVATE SOMEONE ON THEIR BAD DAYS. IT COULD BE DAILY EXERCISE, READING, OR DOING ONE RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS, WHATEVER YOU WANT IT TO BE. JUST STAY POSITIVE AND KEEP GOING.
TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE:
- COMMIT TO DOING SOMETHING POSITIVE EVERYDAY.
- CHALLENGE YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO JOIN YOU
