Organiser's Description
Join us for the first annual Madbury Day 5K, brought to you by the Madbury Recreation Committee. We will have three races available for folks of all ages: a 1/2-mile fun run for the youngest participants, a 1-mile run, and a 5K (3.1-mile). The race will take place at Tibbetts Field, using our fitness trails and exploring some of Mabury's great natural trails.
Madbury Recreation will be accepting donations on the day of the race to be used towards park improvements as well as some exciting events later in the year. $20 per registrant is suggested but not required.

Tibbetts Kids Fun Run

Before we start the official race we will line up the kids to run from the ORYA snack shack to the finish following the fitness trail. -
Moharimet 1 Miler

Starting at the ORYA Snack Shack, you'll make your way down the fitness trail and into Moharimet woods, circle around the Sugar shack, and back out to the pumpkin field. Enjoy our new Madbury Meadow trail along the wood line and back to the main fitness trail. Complete the fitness trail over the bridge to the awaiting crowds at the finish line! -
Powder Major 5k

Starting at the ORYA Snack Shack, you'll make your way down the fitness trail and into Moharimet woods, circle around the Sugar shack, and back out to the pumpkin field. Enjoy our new Madbury Meadow trail along the wood line and back to the main fitness trail. This will take you into the last 2 miles, which loops around the yellow-blazed trail in the historic Powder Major Forest. Finish over the bridge to the awaiting crowds at the end of the fitness trail.
