September Challenge Club

In the classic British tradition, August saw a mix of meltingly hot days, torrential downpours and gale force winds. Through it all though, challenges were taken up and successfully seen through. Congratulations to everyone who took part.

With the holiday's soon behind us and school's returning, September's going to be a good chance to hit the reset button and establish some new routines. A good time to set a goal and commit to some quality fresh air and exercise being part of the plan.

This month we're raising funds for Target Ovarian Cancer, a charity dedicated to fighting to raise awareness and survival rates for those diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

September's medal features some sage advice from Baz Luhrmann (not the bit about sunscreen).
