The integration has two stand-out performance benefits. It allows event data to be sent instantly from RaceNation to findarace. No more separate uploads. Once verified, the event will be live on findarace, ready to take bookings from our community of high-intent participants. Once a booking has been made, the participant data is passed back into a race organiser's RaceNation dashboard.

How it works

With the new integration, your event can be promoted to findarace’s millions of users actively looking for their next challenge. It’s one of the most effective and instant ways to increase entries.

Event data

Once enabled from within the RaceNation dashboard, the event data is sent directly to findarace. The data is kept in-sync, with any changes made in RaceNation, such as event status, pricing or stock, pushed through to the findarace platform in real time.

Seamless Entry Journey

Participants complete their registration directly on findarace, with the post-booking journey powered by RaceNation’s trusted system. This smooth process reduces drop-off, increases conversions, and ensures you collect all the participant data you need — without any extra admin.

Participant data

Organisers keep all their booking data in one place. Participant data from bookings taken on findarace is merged into the rest of your bookings within Race Nation - syncing in real time.

Costs and flow of funds

There is no additional cost to using the integration. Bookings are subject to the usual findarace and RaceNation fees.

Participants payments are collected by findarace and shared via a weekly payout to the Race Organiser, less the findarace and RaceNation fees.
