Introducing the findarace.com Suggestion Board

Introducing the findarace.com Suggestion Board, a new feature designed to give Race Organisers a clear and transparent way to share ideas, vote on improvements, and help shape the future of findarace.com

Making the platform work better for Race Organisers

At findarace.com, we’re always looking for ways to improve and make the platform work better for Race Organisers. A big part of that is listening to your feedback - but up until now, there’s never been a simple, structured way to do that. Feedback would come in via email, conversations, or scattered notes, making it difficult to track and prioritise what matters most to you.

So we're excited to bring you the Suggestion Board - a new feature designed to give Race Organisers a clear and transparent way to share ideas, vote on improvements, and help shape the future of findarace.com.

How it works

The Suggestion Board is now live in the platform’s navigation under Suggestions. From here, Race Organisers can:

  • Submit new feature ideas or improvements for the platform
  • Upvote and comment on existing suggestions
  • See which ideas are gaining traction and what’s being worked on

We know that the best insights come from those using the platform daily, so whether it’s a small tweak or a game-changing idea, this is your chance to be heard!

Making feedback seamless

We’ve built the Suggestion Board to be as easy and frictionless as possible. Feedback can be given in different ways:

Via the Suggestions Page - Simply visit the ‘Suggestions’ section and submit your idea.

From a dashboard page - While using findarace.com, you might see a ‘Got a suggestion?’ button in key areas like event setup or order management. This allows you to give feedback right at the moment you spot something that could be improved.

Support requests - If you reach out to our support team with a suggestion, we may add it to the board for you (where appropriate), ensuring every idea is captured.

What Happens Next?

Once submitted, all suggestions go through a quick review to ensure they align with our platform goals and aren’t duplicates of existing ideas. Approved suggestions will be made public, where other Organisers can upvote and discuss them.

We’ll use this board to help prioritise improvements, ensuring we’re building features that provide the most value to the Race Organiser community. Some quick wins may be implemented straight away, while bigger ideas may be planned into future updates.

Stay in the loop

To keep you informed, we’ll be introducing:

Status Updates - You’ll get notified when your suggestion moves from 'Pending Review' to ‘Planned’ or ‘Completed’.

Monthly Roundups - A digest of the most popular and recently completed suggestions.

Discussion Threads - Add comments, ask questions, and collaborate on ideas.

Don't worry, you can always opt-out of these updates if you wish.

Have your say

The Suggestion Board is now live, so if you have an idea that would make findarace.com work better for you, let us know! Head to the ‘Suggestions’ section in your dashboard to submit your first idea, or keep an eye out for the ‘Got a suggestion?’ button while using the platform.
