Runners of all abilities are warmly invited to join this unforgettable experience, with registration and the start/finish point located at Plas Dolben Farm, Llangynhafal. Be sure to arrive by 9:45 am to pick up your race number and timing tag for the 10 am start. Along the route, there will be water stations at miles 3.5 and 6.5 to keep you refreshed. Registration, Start & Finish is at Plas Dolben Farm, Llangynhafal.
Please arrive to pick up your number and timing tag by 9.45am at the latest, ready for our 10am start.
The course is a toughie, involving 2500ft of ascent, taking in the 2 HillForts of Moel Arthur and Penycloddiau in the Clwydian Range AONB. The distance involved is just under 9 miles. There shall be a water station at miles' 3.5 and 6.5.
Runners of all ability are invited to take part, you'll receive a warm welcome and I'm confident that everyone will enjoy the beautiful route, and a relaxed event atmosphere!
