Organiser's Description
A scenic hilly course set against the beautiful backdrop of the Howardian hills. Starts with a swim at the St Albans Centre pool, followed by a cycle route which is a loop of quite country roads, with a challenging climb of Yearsley Moor Bank. The run route is a cross-country loop around Ampleforth Abbey and College grounds, with a sting in the tail climbing the steep bank back up to the finish.
