Starting from Awbridge Village Hall, runners can expect fully marked and marshalled route.

Half Marathon -

This unique race promises a breathtaking journey through some of the most picturesque landscapes in our area. You will traverse the rugged trails of Carters Clay and Savor the tranquillity of Chapel Copse. However, don’t let the serene surroundings deceive you; the terrain will certainly keep you on your toes! Be prepared to tackle challenges like Pain's Down and Doctors Hill along the way.

As you approach the finish line, we have one last surprise in store for you – a final 1km stretch featuring a climb up Coombe Lane that is sure to test your endurance!

10 Mile -

This beautiful trail promises an unforgettable experience, taking you through stunning landscapes—from the rugged charm of Carters Clay to the peaceful backdrop of Pain's Down.

Be prepared, though! The trail offers its fair share of challenges that will keep you on your toes. And just when you think you’re in the clear, a final climb up Coombe Lane will certainly put your stamina to the test!

This adventure is not just about the destination; it's about the breath-taking views and the journey we share along the way.

Event day logistics

8am parking opens at Awbridge Village Hall car park (Field Next to the Hall entrance)

Both The Half Marathon & 10 Mile will set off together.

Half Marathon & 10 Mile

8am - 9:30am: Registration in the large white Marquee located on the field.

9:50am : Race Briefing

10am: Race Starts

*Please arrive at least 45-60 minutes before the start of your race to allow plenty of time to park, register, collect your race pack, attach your race number, drop any bags you have, and sufficiently warm up.

Race Pack

Race packs must be collected from the registration desk on the morning of the event
Cut-Off Time

There is no strict cut off time for this event, however, runners should be able to complete the course within 5 hours.

There will be marshals stationed throughout the course to monitor and speak to the runners.

*Mobile phone for emergency numbers
*Capacity to carry 250ml of liquid – we would prefer to remain cupless, so please bring a collapsable cup or water bottle (We will have a small supply of paper cups for those that do forget)

Race Rules

If you would like to withdraw from the race, you must report this to a Marshall who will assist Dogs or buggies are not permitted on the course with competitors due to Insurance and Permit limitations Minimum age for this race is 16 years on the day Spectator Info

Supporters are more than welcome to come along and cheer on the runners. Please note however that there are a limited number of suitable vantage points unless you walk a few miles from the start line. If supporters have a dog with them, then please ensure they remain on a lead in the start field at all times.
