Welcome to the Back Off Man, I'm a Runner challenge for 2020, a 10k challenge to earn a spooky, glow in the dark medal. Inspired by a classic film, this challenge may take you to another world, or may just take you at least 10k. You can run this challenge of course, but you may also take it on by walking, cycling, swimming or using gym equipment. Please submit your evidence by 31 July to claim your medal.
