Event summary
Starting at **9:40 AM**, with registration opening at **9:10 AM**, you have the opportunity to tackle various race distances, including a mini lap for 5k and 10k, 6 laps for a half marathon, 12 laps for a marathon, and for the ultra marathon enthusiasts, 13 or more laps! To keep you fueled throughout the event, there will be an aid station stocked with water, squash, fizzy drinks, and a variety of snacks. Plus, every finisher will receive a bespoke medal and a fantastic 5-piece goody bag as a reward for your hard work.

Organiser's Description
With this being a 6 hour challenge everyone is welcome at our events whether you run or walk.
The event will start at 9:40am and registration will open at 9:10am.
The course is 2.2 miles long 1.1 out and back along the footpaths around the university, there is a small incline in the middle of the out and back.The course is predominantly on a tarmac path with a small grass section at the start/finish of each lap. There will be a mini lap for those doing 5k and 10k. 6 laps is a half marathon, 12 laps for a marathon and 13 plus for an ultra marathon
There'll be a aid table at the end of each lap with water, squash, fizzy drinks and a variety of different foods like sweets, biscuits plus lots more for you to help yourself to every time you pass the aid table.
You can start your last lap up until 5:59:59 hrs.
Toilets will be at the York Sport Centre.
After finishing you'll receive a bespoke medal and a 5 piece goody bag for your hard earned effort.

The run is licensed by the TRA and run under UKA Athletics rules
Maximum distances permitted under rules are as follows:
Age 12-13 years. 5,000m
Age 14-15 years. 6,000m
Age 16 10,000m
Age 17 25,000m
Age 18-19 45,000m
Age 20 and over. No maximum distance
