An out and back 10k along the foreshore of Worthing seafront, from the Coast Cafe, Beach Parade. Whether you are a serious runner after your personal best or you are looking for a run you will never forget, come and join the fun. Set on the low tide sands of Worthing and Shoreham beaches. 6.45pm start on the foreshore - time tbc.
