Reasons To Take Part

For your health

Running is good for your heart! Your heart is a muscle, and running will increase its strength, which could reduce the threat of heart conditions.

For the challenge

The satisfaction of completing a marathon, however long it takes, is a reward in itself - especially if running isn't your go-to activity!

For the cause

Every donation you raise, no matter the amount, helps to power our life saving research into heart and circulatory diseases.

Tracking Your Run

You can track your miles with various fitness apps, as well as your FitBbit. Find out more and learn how to connect it to your everydayhero page to show your friends and family how amazing you're doing!
