Join us for an unforgettable seaside running experience at the Bournemouth Coastal TEN, taking place on Saturday, 22nd November 2025. Choose from either a 10 Mile or 10k route along the stunning Dorset coast, ideal for runners of all levels.
Start Location: Hengistbury Head
Your coastal adventure begins at Hengistbury Head, a beautiful nature reserve with excellent facilities and ample hard-standing parking, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to your race day.

Both courses follow Bournemouth's spectacular seafront paths and include a run along the iconic Boscombe Pier, where you'll enjoy uninterrupted sea views.
