This exciting event offers participants the chance to walk for life-saving research into Secondary Spread Breast Cancer, with Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K distances available. Follow in the footsteps of King Charles on "The Monarchs Way" and explore scenic riverside trails near Historic Winchester and St Catherine's Hill. Participants tackling the full marathon will be treated to breathtaking views of the South Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The event village will provide refreshments, toilets, and free on-site parking, while fully signposted routes and well-stocked feed stations ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Finishers will receive a medal and a relaxing post-walk massage. Don't forget to bring your furry friends along as dogs are welcome to join in the fun!

Organiser's Description

A brand-new event for 2023, walk for life saving research into Secondary Spread Breast Cancer. Choose from a Marathon, Half Marathon or 10K distance.

Follow in the footsteps of King Charles after his escape from Worcester in 1651 on “The Monarchs Way”. Enjoy riverside trails on the edge of Historic Winchester and St Catherine's Hill too. Take on the full marathon and you will be rewarded with the splendour of the South Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Event village with refreshments, toilets, and free on-site parking. Fully signposted routes with well-stocked feed stations throughout as well as medical support. Medal and massage at the finish. Dogs welcome.
