Back again in 2025, the original Epic 10k Trail sponsored by GORUCK! With some testing climbs, rolling terrain and amazing views of the surrounding areas - the Ashton Court route is exactly what the Epic 10k Ruck Series is all about - challenging yourself and using your fitness to explore some stunning locations.


GORUCK are our official partners for this series which means every single person signed up to either the PRO RUCK & NOVICE RUCK category will get to use their industry leading Rucker 4.0 backpack at the event.


Rucking or Trail Running?

As with all of our events in our Epic 10k Ruck Series, there are three main ways you can take on the Ashton Court 10k route:


The Pro Ruck Category - i.e. take on the 10k route with the addition of a weighted backpack that we can provide you with on the day (25lbs/11.3kg for men, 15lbs/6.8kg for women- Ruck will be provided by us on the day).

The Novice Ruck Category - take on the same 10k route with the addition of a lighter backpack that we can provide you with on the day (15lbs/6.8kg for men, 10lbs/4.5kg for women - Ruck will be provided by us on the day).

The Trail Run Category - i.e. take on the same 10k route as a standard trail run!


Competitive or Just for Fun?

Everyone in the same category will start at the same time and will receive a finish time so it's up to you how you take on the course. You can push the pace and race against your fellow competitors or take the route on at your own pace.
