This popular event returns to RunThrough in 2026. Join us for a challenging 5k, 10k & Half Marathon course in the heart of South London.
Each kilometre is accurately marked out with signposts and we have a great team of helpers to encourage you on your way to the finish line! The route is a looped course, with 1.5 laps for the 5k, 3 laps for the 10k and 6.5 laps for the Half Marathon.

Route and elevation
There will be marshals all around the course as well as km signs and arrows. The course is 1.5 laps for the 5k and 3 laps for the 10k on the roads/paths in the park. Please be aware that there will be members of the public using the park.
