Based at Morton School in Carlisle this sprint triathlon is possibly the fastest you'll find in Cumbria! A pool swim is followed by a bike leg on quiet country roads which are generally flat or gently undulating, and a run mainly on footpaths and quiet country roads.
Carlisle Triathlon is suitable for both beginners and seasoned athletes.
