Organiser's Description
The Dyfi Dash – a sprint triathlon from the Bro Ddyfi Leisure Centre, Machynlleth. This has been a fairly regular event for 20 years or so, and has been timed for the beginning of the year as a great way to start the season. Whether you're a practicing triathlete, or a complete novice, there's a good reason to try this event – it's a flat course in beautiful surroundings that has been designed as a physically low stress event.
