Christmas Lights in Chelsea 10k Tour - Gentle jingle

Course Details

On a brand new tour for 2024, you'll follow your Christmas-loving guide through the extravagant displays, doorways and trees of Chelsea, Belgravia and take a visit to Battersea Power Station at its festive best.

This is a running tour, not a race. We run at the pace of the gentlest runner among us and we don't leave anyone behind. That said, please make sure that you're able to run 10k at the pace advertised (with breathers) for the enjoyment of the other runners.

What's Included

This brand new tour for 2024 is a glistening alternative to our Classic Christmas lights run.

A guided 10k tour of festive London
Festive tunes as you go-ho-ho

How to Get There

The tour starts and ends at Victoria Station - meet us outside Hotel Chocolat, close to platform 8. You can use the station amenities (including toilets!) before/after your tour.

Pace guide

This is a running tour, not a race. We run at the pace of the gentlest runner among us and we don't leave anyone behind. Each tour has a guide pace to keep you in your comfort zone

Festively fast
Sub 10 minute miles.
You usually run 10k in under 1 hour

Merrily Medium
10-12 minute miles.
You usually run 10k between 1hr and 1hr 15 mins.
You usually run 5k between 31 and 37 mins

Gentle jingle
12-13 minute miles.
You usually run 5k between 37 mins and 40 mins
You usually run 10k between 1 hr 15 mins and 1 hr 20 mins

Walk/run intervals
"jeffing" - mixing up short intervals of gentle jogging with walking. We'll aim for 1 minute of running: 30 seconds of walking but will adapt to the needs of the group

These paces are not designed as cut-offs but to give you peace of mind when you sign up.

If you're on the borderline of groups, we recommend joining the faster one.

Please note that the photos used for this listing might not be places we visit on the tour. As this is the first year we've Christmas toured Chelsea & Battersea, we don't have many photos of this area at Christmas. But we will and hope you'll star in them!
